Lake Wissota

It’s that time of year of again. Time to dust off the clubs and get swinging!  And, once again we are preparing for the 16th Annual Lee Nuutinen Memorial Golf Classic. After celebrating our 15th year – and raising over $15,000 – we are ready to reach even bigger and better heights this year!

The golf classic is held every year in memory of Lee Nuutinen.  Lee was born and raised in Bloomer, WI. At the age of 5 he was diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy – one of the 43 neuromuscular diseases covered by MDA.

We are currently looking for a title sponsor for the tournament. If you or your company would be interested in helping those in your community affected by neuromuscular disease by being the title sponsor please let me know by calling the my office at 952-697-3248 or emailing me at bkrause@mdausa.org. All money raised will benefit children and adults in the Western Wisconsin area. Below is a list of sponsorship opportunities:

  • Title Sponsor- $5000- Exclusive rights to the event, company logo on all Lee Nuutinen material, guaranteed exposure on WEAU Telethon
  • Corporate Sponsor-$1000-company logo on T-shirt and brochure, company mention on WEAU Telethon, 2 teams of 4 to participate in the golf tournament
  • Eagle Sponsor-$600- 1 foursome and a hole sponsor
